    In the work of 3D printing, a small amount of fine dust will appear according to the different materials. The common desktop 3D printer uses FDM fusion pile technology, and the average wire diameter is about 0.2mm (depending on the material and equipment, the The wire diameter will also change). Generally, the nozzle at the wire outlet is about 220℃ (FDM printing state), and it is generally formed in one piece, with a delicate surface and rich details.

It needs to be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the 3D printing effect. Because its printing powder is a flammable and explosive metal powder, it needs to be guaranteed in the working cavity. It is an anaerobic environment to ensure safety. Therefore, supporting dust removal equipment is needed to absorb the smoke and dust generated by burning in time and filter it to ensure high-quality printing while improving the safety and reliability of the metal additive manufacturing process.
