DURR company have its main system for car painting and assembling system. they provide a new concept named "DryScrubber" for overspay painting oil. As we all known, painting oil is hard to be captured by physical interception dry filters, when the painting oil is on the surface of the filter like cartridges or filter bags, it is hard to be renewable. DURR's EcoDryScrubber use dry solution to overcome this problem. this article aims to probe in the main heart part of the system-surface filters.

The sinter plate filter element is made of a variety of polymer compound powders and special binders by casting and sintering to form a wave-shaped porous matrix as the substrate of the plastic-fired filter element.
